At Thringstone, our uniform is simple, practical and affordable. It helps children feel part of our school community and sets a positive tone for learning.

Children do not need to wear branded or logo items. Plain red, white, grey or black clothing from any retailer is fine.

Our school colours are red, grey/black and white.

Core uniform

• Red sweatshirt or jumper
• White or red polo shirt
• Grey or black trousers, skirt, pinafore dress or shorts
• Red gingham dress or culottes in the summer term
• Black or dark sensible shoes

PE kit

• Red or white t-shirt
• Black or dark plain shorts or leggings
• Trainers for outdoor PE
• Plimsolls for indoor PE

Long hair should be tied back, and jewellery should not be worn, apart from stud earrings, watches, or small items worn for religious or cultural reasons. Smart watches should not be worn in school.

We understand that families may need flexibility or support at times. If uniform is ever a concern, please contact the school office. We will always try to help.
