Concerns and Complaints

At Thringstone Primary School, positive relationships with our families are central to everything we do. We believe that open communication helps us work together in the best interests of every child.

If you have a question, worry or concern, we encourage you to contact your child’s class teacher or the school office in the first instance. Most matters can be resolved quickly through supportive and constructive conversation.

We are committed to listening carefully, responding thoughtfully and addressing concerns in a fair and timely manner. Feedback from our community is valued and helps us to reflect, grow and continue providing the highest standard of education and care.

Where a concern cannot be resolved informally, the school has a clear complaints procedure to ensure that all matters are considered respectfully, thoroughly and impartially.

Our shared priority is always the wellbeing, progress and success of every child so that, together, we continue to Believe and Achieve Together.

Complaints Procedure

Full details of how to raise a formal complaint are outlined in our Complaints Procedure, which can be found in the Policies section of the website.

If you would like a paper copy of the procedure, or support in raising a concern, please contact the school office and a member of our team will be happy to help.
