Concerns and Complaints
At Thringstone Primary School, positive relationships with our families are central to everything we do. We believe that open, honest communication helps us work together in the best interests of every child.
If you have a question, worry or concern, we encourage you to speak to your child's class teacher or contact the school office in the first instance. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through supportive and constructive conversations.
We are committed to listening carefully, responding promptly and working with families to find positive solutions wherever possible. We value feedback from our school community, as it helps us reflect, improve and continue providing the very best experience for our children.
Where a concern cannot be resolved informally, the school has a clear complaints procedure to ensure matters are considered fairly, respectfully and impartially.
Our shared priority is always the wellbeing, happiness and success of every child. By working together, we can continue to Believe and Achieve Together.
Complaints Procedure
Full details of how to raise a formal complaint are outlined in our Complaints Procedure, which can be found in the Policies section of the website.
If you would like a paper copy of the procedure, or support in raising a concern, please contact the school office and a member of our team will be happy to help.
